- Ingredients, allergens and nutrition information are provided where available; recipes and suppliers can change.

- Photos are for illustration; actual items may vary in size/appearance. Weights may be “before cooking” unless stated.
Freshness, shelf life & storage
- Many items are perishable and must be refrigerated/frozen as labeled upon delivery.
- Follow “use by/best before” dates and storage instructions on the label/product page.
Orders & acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or deliver the goods.
- If an item is unavailable, we may contact you with an alternative/substitution or issue a refund for that item.
Pricing, taxes & availability
- Prices and availability may change without notice. Taxes and delivery fees are shown at checkout.
Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods shown at checkout.
- Payments are securely processed by different payment gateway; we do not store full card details.
- You authorize us to charge the total amount including taxes, delivery and any gratuities you select.
Delivery & failed delivery
- Delivery windows are shown at checkout and/or by courier.
- Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are correct, and someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items.
- If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place if permitted by you; risk of loss/spoilage passes on delivery/placement.
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed collection or incorrect addresses.
Quality issues & missing items
- If items arrive damaged, spoiled, incorrectly packed or missing, contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photos at https://bollywoodmasalacorp.com/contact-us/
- We will investigate and, where verified, offer a replacement, credit or refund for the affected items.
Returns, refunds & cancellations (perishables)
- For food safety, we generally cannot accept returns of perishable/opened items.
- Non-perishable, unopened items may be returned within [3 days] of delivery with proof of purchase (you pay return shipping unless we made an error).
- Cancellations are allowed before dispatch. After dispatch, please refuse delivery (where possible) or contact support for help.
- Refund method: back to the original payment method.
